There is a funny thing that happens during the grieving process you wake up one morning and realize that 4 years have gone by and the girl you were has been replaced by the woman you became. And tho there will always be aspects of that girl be they her hopes, dreams, goals and love for green m&ms she has silenced her quirky voice all in your journey to become an adult. Adulthood with those things call responsibilities and a career with a career path that took you away from so many of her goals. She let you work hard to find different passions different tasks that filled your time and fell silent while you tried to decide who she would and could become. She stumbled lost footing from time to time she pushed herself to do great things and to let others in. She lost friends, lost family, to time and death and simply growing apart as she changed into an adult.
